Any account functionality related to your storage lease is managed directly by WebSelfStorage and is subject to their terms and privacy notice.

We may link cookie information to personal information. Most browsers are automatically set to accept cookies. You can disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent. • StorageAffiliatePayments.com — Online payment processing. When you click “Pay Bill” on our Website, you are redirected to storageaffiliatepayments.com, a third-party payment portal operated by or on behalf of WebSelfStorage. Mountain Storage does not collect or store credit card or payment card information. All payment transactions are governed by the payment portal’s own privacy policy and terms of service.
• SendGrid (Twilio) — Email delivery service. When you submit a message through our contact form, your name, email address, phone number, and message are transmitted through SendGrid’s servers for email delivery to Mountain Storage.

You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

The chat widget is only loaded after you consent to cookies via our cookie banner. tawk.to may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and any information you voluntarily provide during the chat session. Chat transcripts may be reviewed by Mountain Storage and by tawk.to for quality, training, and to improve the AI assistant’s responses. In general: contact-form messages are retained for up to 24 months after last contact; reservation information is retained for the life of your lease and for the period required by applicable record-keeping and tax rules after the lease ends; chat transcripts are retained by tawk.to in accordance with their policies. Server log data is retained for a limited operational window (typically 30–90 days) and then rotated out. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact methods above.
