How big a storage unit do you actually need?
The most common mistake is renting too small and ending up with a second unit — or too big and paying for empty air. Use the sizes below as a starting point, then walk through it with us if you want a second opinion.
We offer seven sizes in Hot Springs: four drive-up units with ground-level roll-up doors, two climate-controlled units inside an insulated building, and outdoor parking for boats, RVs, and vehicles. New tenants get 75% off the first two months with autopay.

FAQ
Storage unit size questions
As a rule of thumb: a 5x10 holds a walk-in closet or studio apartment, a 10x10 holds a 1-2 bedroom apartment, a 10x15 holds a 2-bedroom home, and a 10x20 holds a 3-4 bedroom home or a vehicle. If you're between sizes, size up — it's cheaper than renting a second unit.
A 10x10 is 100 square feet (about half a garage) and fits a 1-2 bedroom apartment. A 10x15 is 150 square feet and fits a full 2-bedroom home. The extra 50 square feet gives you room for larger furniture and appliances without packing wall to wall.
Drive-up units are ground-level with roll-up doors you can pull right up to. Climate-controlled units are inside an insulated building with steady temperature and humidity, secured with a gate code plus a building keycode. Choose climate control for furniture, electronics, documents, and anything sensitive to heat or moisture.
Drive-up units run from $60/month for a 5x10 up to $120/month for a 10x20, climate-controlled units start at $150/month, and outdoor parking is $50/month. New tenants get 75% off the first two months with autopay. All units are month-to-month, and insurance is required (homeowners/renters coverage or SafeStor from $8.95/mo).
